The Y83Q-6300C Scrap Metal Shear Baler combines baling and shearing functions in one powerful unit. Designed for steel mills, recycling centers, and metal processing plants, this machine delivers a shearing force of 630 tons, capable of cutting scrap up to 4mm thick with a production capacity of 9–12 tons per hour.
Equipped with a 220kW motor and an air cooling hydraulic oil system, it ensures stable performance during continuous operation. The large press room size (5000×1750×950mm) allows easy handling of bulky scrap metal for efficient compression and cutting.
